What we have supplied to Kenya

These records end at dispatch from China, where each customer's forwarder collected under EXW. Onward carriage to Kenya and import clearance are arranged by each buyer through their own forwarding agent.
Configuration points to confirm
- Voltage and frequency: confirm your site standard (commonly 415/240 V, 50 Hz in Kenya - verify against your own installation) and the generator's selectable voltage.

- Open frame or silent canopy, ATS requirements, and controller functions.
- The documents your broker needs before dispatch - agree the list in writing (see the shipping and documents guide).
Import formalities
Pre-shipment conformity and certification requirements for Kenya are set by national authorities and change over time. We do not publish specifics here. Confirm current requirements with your clearing agent and the relevant Kenya authorities before ordering, and tell us which documents must accompany the shipment so they are prepared before dispatch.
The order sequence in practice
- You send the equipment list or load details, destination and required voltage.
- We confirm the model, configuration and EXW quotation in writing.
- Production and factory testing; the test record and photographs are for your unit.
- Your forwarder collects at our facility in China; the packed unit and handover are documented.
- Sea transit and import clearance are handled on your side; installation and commissioning are carried out by qualified personnel at the site.
