Kenya Customer’s Repeat Used Generator Purchases: Cummins and Weichai

This customer in Kenya has previously purchased used generators in two batches, involving Cummins and Weichai equipment. Payment is now being arranged for a third batch.

From previous purchases to the next requirement

During the cooperation, the customer continues to discuss engine brands, open-frame or sound-attenuated enclosures, and switching and control requirements. Each batch needs its own configuration agreement; an earlier unit’s specification is not a commitment for the next supply.

The third batch has reached the payment-arrangement stage. Actual preparation and dispatch records can be added when those stages are confirmed.

Open-frame and enclosed units in the photos

The photographs show actual units of the same types, including an open-frame generator, a sound-attenuated canopy and its internal layout with the doors open. The equipment’s appearance is unchanged. These are structural references, not a unit-by-unit delivery record for every batch.

For a used generator, check the actual available unit’s engine model, condition, running hours, electrical configuration and test documents. A power figure discussed during a quotation should not be treated as a specification shared by every batch.

Current third-batch status

Payment is being arranged. The third batch is not recorded here as paid, dispatched or delivered. Earlier purchases do not replace payment and handover records for this batch.

Ask about similar used equipment

Tell us whether you need Cummins or Weichai, the required power, enclosure type, destination country, voltage and frequency. We can then discuss the condition, configuration and delivery arrangements for equipment actually available.

Inquiries from this case concern used equipment only and are not linked to new catalogue models.
